Prime Minister designate and Chairman of PTI Imran Khan has reiterated his intention to bring back the money laundered to England. In a Twitter message from PTI, it was informed that Thomas Drew, British High Commission in Pakistan met Chairman PTI in Bani Gala and congratulated him on his victory in General Elections 2018.
Mr. Thomas said that Imran Khan’s inaugural media talk has encouraged England and we are ready to work with government led by Imran Khan. Further, he added that assistance will be provided in ensuring education to 22 lac children who are out of school.
Moreover, cooperation will also be extended in other areas as well. Imran thanked for the cooperation extended by the British High Commissioner and raised the issue of money laundering. It is an open knowledge that black money earned in Pakistan is being laundered to England where it is used for purchasing properties. He urged that government under him will actively pursue the issue and would like cooperation from British Government.
