How to Apply For NBP Saibaan Loan Scheme


NBP has introduced Saibaan Loan, any Government employee, private employee and business person can apply for NBP Saibaan Loan with its easy terms and conditions. Under this Scheme you can apply for New house purchase (HP), House construction loan (HC) and purchase of land for construction (LP). NBP will directly deduct monthly instalment from customer’s account. Salary person, self-employed professionals and business man can apply for NBP Saibaan Loan for 20 years period.

NBP Saibaan loan is being offered on Pakistan’s lowest Mark-up Rate, customers can compare it with any other Private Bank’s offered house building loan.

Any Pakistani resident can apply for NBP Saibaan Loan, according to their income they can avail loan till 35 Million PKR. You can visit any nearest NBP Branch to avail this NBP Saibaan loan. If a customer has already availed any other house financing facility from any other Bank, then his/her outstanding financing amount can be transferred to NBP subject with 24 months satisfactory repayment history and with fulfilment of all the Terms and Conditions of NBP Saibaan loan.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SAIBAAN LOAN

With duly filled Applications Form:-

  • Two attested passport size photographs
  • Two attested copies of your CNIC
  • Two attested copies of CNIC of references
  • Cheque for the processing charges
  • Cheque in favour of legal counsel for legal opinion
  • Cheque in favour of Valuator for valuation report
  • Cheque in favour of Income Estimation Company for income estimation report, if applicable.
  • Property Documents: Attested copy of title documents available (other documents may be required).
  • Bill of Quantity (BOQ) in case of HC and LPC

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SALARIED PERSONS

For salaried persons, whose salaries are disbursed through NBP branch

  • Employer undertaking for remittance of salary at relevant NBP Branch for credit to salary account (to be provided at a later stage, format available at relevant Branch).
  • Salary Certificate/Service Certificate.
  • Copy of employee ID attested by NBP Branch (where applicable)
  • Attested copies of last three (3) months salary slips
  • Attested copies of last three (3) months bank statement

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR BUSINESS PERSONS

  • Bank Certificate stating applicant maintaining Business Account and the date of account opening
  • Attested copy of latest Form 29 in case of Private or Public Limited Company
  • Attested copy of Partnership Deed (where applicable)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SELF-EMPLOYED

  • Attested copy of current professional association membership/practicing certificate
  • Adequate proof of professional engagement like bank certificates
  • Attested copy of Partnership Deed (where applicable)
  • Any other document may be required on case to case basis by the bank

NOTE

For Application one should fill the form completely, form is uploaded on National Bank of Pakistan’s official website. Take a print of filled form and sign yourself and referees. Attach the required documents mentioned on website and submit the form in-person to the NBP Saibaan team. Balance Transfer Facility is also offered by National Bank of Pakistan for Saibaan Loan. If a customer has already availed housing finance facility from another bank then he/she can transfer outstanding financing amount to NBP. Customer may CONTACT directly to NBP representatives.
