Facebook Fined For Data Breaches By Italian Government

Once again social networking site Facebook fined therefore Facebook problems are increasing day-by-day and Italy has penalized $11.4 million on the social network’s most popular website when using consumer data on commercial basis. According to the recent news that Italy’s competitive commission has fined ten million euros on Facebook for sharing allegedly sale of consumer’s data.

Before that Facebook fined for data breaches in Cambridge Analytica scandal. But now basically, Italian administration has imposed two types of fine, first customer data may be used on commercial basis at the time of signing and the second penalty was imposed on providing users’ data to third parties.

According to the statement issued by the Italian competitive authority, a clear statement about the matter should be issued on desktop site and app from Facebook. It is believed that data scandals have kept Facebook in its gross year. This was launched in March with the discovery of Cambridge Antalya Scandal, and from then on, privacy updates have been updated by Facebook.
